Una Malan Unveils New Collections
The stylish Una Malan has added two delightful design personalities – Rose Uniacke and The Cartorialist – to the mix of fabric and wallpaper offerings at her showroom in the LCDQ.
From Pimlico Road to La Cienega Boulevard come the fabric and lighting collections of the chic and elitist British designer Rose Uniacke, whose clients include monarchs, moguls and major personalities. One of the defining characteristics of her design style is combining the old and the new, which is a prevalent theme in the private residences and offices Uniacke designs for the likes of David and Posh Beckham and Jo Malone. Una Malan is the first and only showroom in California to represent Rose Uniacke fabric and lighting collections.
The Cartorialist wallpapers designed by Carly Kuhn also have been added to the lineup at Una Malan. Kuhn, a former producer on the Chelsea Lately Show in New York, moved to the Larchmont area of L.A. whence she has created a collection of minimal and lighthearted designs that give a playful twist to any interior. What started as fashion illustrations that Kuhn posted on Instagram (and Sarah Jessica Parker reposted, thereby making her an instant celebrity) are now whimsical designs that unite the east and west coasts with the realness of New York and the simplicity of California.
Hailed as a design icon in 2016, when she launched her eponymous luxury furnishings showroom in the LCDQ, Una Malan represents quality and artisan brands. Top interior designers and architects from around the U.S. shop the American and European furniture, lighting, fabric and wallpaper collections that Una hand-selects and brings her Southern California showrooms.
To shop both the Rose Uniacke and The Cartorialist collections please visit Una at 814 and 822 N. La Cienega Blvd.
