    Suzanne Rheinstein was LCDQ’s Living Legend in 2019, and upon her death last month she became a Design Icon.     Fashion has historically had a way of trickling into the home, but now it’s a question of what came first – home or fashion? Interiors have a stronger voice than ever, so are designers and creatives still looking to the runway or vice versa? Designers Scott Formby (previously of Ralph Lauren, J. CREW, Frette and Geoffrey Beene) and Jessica Gersten (Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren and Kenneth Cole) join House Beautiful’s Robert Rufino (previously Tiffany & Co, Elle Decor and NYT Magazine) and moderator Carisha Swanson, of House Beautiful, to weigh in on fashion’s historical influences and what’s relevant now.

This roundtable discussion moderated by journalist Jessica Ritz with photographer Roger Davies, Design Brand Consultant Sean Yashar, and Shannon Wollack of Studio Life/Style will look at the various avenues to getting your work recognized in the ever-shifting media landscape. Following the talk, celebrated photographer Roger Davies, whose work has been featured in publications such as Galerie, Architectural Digest, Luxe, and Elle Decor, will sign copies of his book, Beyond the Canyon: Inside Epic California Homes.

  • Clodagh: From Couture to Design
    From a couture fashion salon in Dublin in the 1960s to New York, where she opened an interior design studio in the 1980s and launched an illustrious career designing spas, hotels, personal residences, rugs, furniture and an array of product, Clodagh is the consummate trailblazer. LCDQ is proud to screen a 45-minute documentary about an extraordinarily prolific designer who inspires and enthralls with her wit and wisdom.     Field Studies, the latest collaboration by Jamie Bush and Marc Phillips, takes inspiration from an aerial view of crop patterns whose once structured layouts have been eroded by the embrace of mother nature.

    Designer Jamie Bush combines natural fibers- aloe, silk, and wool in a unique mix of textures and pile to create depth in an unexpected way. The collection features vivid colors only found when you venture out into the field.

    Known for his ability to seamlessly marry the worlds of architecture and interiors, Jamie once again creates balance between two worlds to give you the new collection, Field Studies.
