Jean de Merry’s flagship Melrose Place showroom offers a French Deco-inspired collection of furnishings, lighting, and textiles complemented by a curated selection of fine art, antiques and other high-end furniture lines. Christian Darnaud-Maroselli and Jean de Merry founded the namesake furniture line, JEAN DE MERRY, in 2001 with a mission to uphold the craft of a bygone era. To create Jean de Merry seating, lighting, case goods and decorative art pieces, de Merry and Maroselli transferred their knowledge of age-old, French techniques for application on woods, leathers, shagreen, parchment and bronze to a new generation of American craftsmen. Among the lines they represent are: Philip Nimmo, Azadeh Shladovsky, Hubert Le Gall, Jean-Louis Denoit and Helene Aumont.
