Open House: Living Vintage Collection from ALT For Living and Sister Parish Design
On Thursday, May 8 at 1:00pm, meet textile and rug designer Analisse Taft at Harbinger and get a tour of her Living Vintage Collection of fabrics. After traveling the world and experiencing far-reaching cultures and colorful lifestyles, Analisse Taft learned that beauty is found in the spirit and traditions in which a product is made. In 2008, after a decade of gaining high-end retail and wholesale experience and an understanding of the luxury brand market, Taft launched ALT for Living, which collaborates with the most prestigious firms in the design business, including clients Robert Couturier, David Easton, Victoria Hagan and Robert Stilin on high-end residences, hotels, yachts and corporate projects.
Susan Crater of Sister Parish Design will also be showing their new designs at the open house. Founded in 2000, Sister Parish Design began with the goal of resurrecting the prints and wallpapers that Mrs. Parish loved. The resulting collection embodies the charm, warmth and flair of her signature style. From a tidy pattern of dots to a star spangled trellis design, Sister Parish Design fabrics and wallpapers carry on a tradition of the “Parish Hadley” style, of timeless patterns that represent an eclectic mix of materials—both traditional and modern.
Refreshments will be served.
