So many of our clients are asking us what they should choose for their kitchen lighting including for the areas under their cabinetry. Historically, building codes required the use of fluorescent lighting and our clients complied, only to remove them and replace them with better task lighting (without that blue glow) once the inspector completed his or her work. Now we find that going the route of LEDs is a better, and more efficient (although initially more expensive). They are compliant with building codes in our area, last a long time, and are energy efficient.
