George Smith Launches New Collection with Jean-Louis Deniot
George Smith has partnered with esteemed Parisian designer Jean-Louis Smith to launch a debut seating collection, which will be introduced in its showrooms this October.
Inspired by neoclassicism, the collection features nine elegant sofas and armchairs designed by Deniot to complement George Smith’s existing collections. With their feminine lines and curves, each piece embodies both the distinctive touch of Deniot and the craftsmanship that George Smith is known for, and features detailed contrast piping, intricate tailoring and impeccable precision.
The Heather sofa exemplifies the beautiful lines and structure of the entire collection. Designed to work centered in the middle of the room as a feature, it has enough curves to lend it a sense of comfort and style.
Inspired by the Neoclassical Klismos chair, the Caroline chair re-envisions the original with a more up-to-date upholstered back for comfort.
