The Pacific Design Center, #B525
Baker is partnering with the City of West Hollywood to raise funds and promote the new library, which will break ground this spring across the street from the Pacific Design Center. There will be a fabulous silent auction to help the campaign and updates on the fantastic success the campaign has enjoyed so far! Please join us from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday the 26th, during WestWeek at our Baker showroom at the PDC. City staff will also update us on plans for the library, which will include a history of design section, honoring the design legacy of West Hollywood. The library itself will be an inconic architectural civic building. Designed by L.A. based Johnson Favaro, the building will be six times the size of the existing library, but will allow more green space in the park by consolidating buildings and moving parking underground. There will be opportunities for naming rights for galleries, sections, and stacks at the library. Please visit the link below to learn more. Hope to see you there and bring your checkbook!
