“I don’t want to get stuck in time. That’s why everything in my window is in motion,” says Sandra Espinet describing her #LEGENDS2013 window designs at Mehraban Rugs.

A published interior designer and allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers, Sandra Espinet draws inspiration from her extensive travels to South America, Northern Africa, Europe and Asia, as well as her experiences living in several countries throughout the world. By immersing herself in the culture and traditions of each visited destination, she infuses her designs with unique, creative and striking flair that will bring any home a sense of comfort, luxury and exoticism. Her first book, The Well-Traveled Home, displays her skill at seamlessly integrating the treasures bought during her trips into the interiors she skillfully creates.

Mehraban Rugs’ expansive selection of sophisticated area rugs includes vintage antique masterpieces, new classic reproductions and cutting-edge styles that reveal a modern aesthetic. The showroom carries rugs from various eras, including rugs from the late-19th-century Persia and early-20th-century India, China, Morocco and more.
