Rose Tarlow Ollie Dog Bed

Iconic designer Rose Tarlow, one of the first antiques dealers in what is now the La Cienega Design Quarter, is famous for creating timeless furniture based on antiques. One of her latest pieces is the Ollie Dog Bed. Inspired by a sleigh bed design, the standard Ollie measures 2×4 feet to accommodate pooches of most sizes. As with all Rose Tarlow designs, the bed is handmade in Los Angeles and can be customized upon request. The standard design, as shown, is offered in walnut in a medium walnut antique finish and comes with a boxed cushion for inside the bed.

Tarlow began her design career in 1976, opening a shop that quickly became a sanctuary of impeccable antiques and eclectic pieces chosen during her world travels to find the most exquisite antiques for her shop and her private clients. When she began designing her own furniture a few years later, she sought to create a collection of timeless designs that possess a twist and character that make each chair, each table, each light and each accessory extraordinary. With antiques as the inspiration, and Tarlow and her team will change the proportion, make it comfortable, and add a subtle feature to make those pieces relevant for today’s tastes and lifestyles.
